You must agree to the following license before downloading or using the Weather Widget, please take a minute or two to read it.

AccuWeather.com Weather Widget and Update Service License 1) All original widget source code and that contained in the published Flash Lite example is copyright Joseph Earl 2009. 2) Except where express consent is given in this license, modification and distribution are strictly prohibited. 3) You may edit the code between clearly marked comments. You may add extra code that does not rely on the existing code to function. 4) You are permitted to alter all graphics contained in the widget, including but not limited to, text-box sizes and colours, and the positions of all objects. 5) By using the Weather Widget code and functionality you are hereby entering into a legal agreement between you, Joseph Earl, and AccuWeather.com. 6) All Weather data must come from one of the following licensed <abbr title="Uniform Resource Locator">URL</abbr>s http://www.joeearl.co.uk/portfolio/22/ You may distribute these <abbr title="Uniform Resource Locator">URL</abbr>s to users of your applications. 7) By using the web Weather Update service you agree to any terms or conditions attached to use of the standard AccuWeather.com feeds service. 8) You must display the AccuWeather.com logo in a prominent location in your application, linking to http://www.accuweather.com if possible. You can download different logos from http://www.accuweather.com/download-adc-logos.asp 9) You may only use the provided Widget source code, published Flash Lite example and the update service for non-commercial work or purposes. 10) You must include a copy of this license in the distribution of any application which makes use of the provided source code, example Flash Lite application or Weather Update service. 11) Failure to comply to all terms of this license will result in the termination of the Weather Update service, and may result in civil action.
